    Domestic abuse is a daily reality for Bangladeshi women.

    UNFPA funded survey (January 2014) found 87 percent of married women in Bangladesh have been victims of various forms of domestic violence.

    Of the 12,600 women surveyed, 65 percent said they were physically tortured by their husbands, 36 percent were victims of sexual violence, 82 percent faced psychological abuse and 53 percent were victims of mental anguish.

    Only half the victims received treatment, while one third said they didn't seek treatment for their injuries over fears of a backlash from their husbands and families.

    These disturbing statistics are not new and won't stop here. The irony in all this is that leading politicians in Bangladesh blame culture and religion for such behaviour. But in reality Bangladesh has been proudly governed by 'democratically' elected secular leaders since it's independence in 1971. Why then are women still victims of such abuse and why is it that they feel they don't get any support?

    It seems like the Bangladesh government likes to blame religion for all it's problems but doesn't seem to bring about any solutions from its secular system.

    A country that is known for it's two main female leading political parties seem to have failed women!

    No matter how much they blame Islam, the truth is only Islam can bring justice to the women of Bangladesh. Only through the implementation of Islamic legislation will women be required to be protected by their families and even the state. Under an Islamic state women will be allowed to seek help from the authorities as they will know their honour is not to be played with.

    Aleppo erlebt schwerste Kämpfe seit fast zwei Jahren

    Rebellen beschießen Armeestützpunkte, Regierungsjets werfen Fassbomben auf Wohnviertel: Aleppo wird von den schwersten Gefechten seit 2012 erschüttert. Die Aufständischen wollen die Geheimdienstzentrale in der Stadt einnehmen.

    Die zweitgrößte Stadt Syriens wird von den schwersten Kämpfen seit Mitte 2012 erschüttert. Regierungstruppen und Rebellengruppen liefern sich in Aleppo seit Tagen heftige Gefechte um die Geheimdienstzentrale der syrischen Luftwaffe im Stadtteil Sahra. Dabei soll es auf beiden Seiten zahlreiche Opfer gegeben haben.

    Aufständische hatten Mitte 2012 zum Sturm auf Aleppo gerufen. Sie konnten die östlichen Teile der Zwei-Millionen-Einwohnermetropole einnehmen, seither ist die Frontlinie nahezu unverändert.

    - Große Teile der historischen Altstadt mit dem kilometerlangen Basar, die zum Weltkulturerbe gehört, liegen mittlerweile in Trümmern.

    - Hunderttausende Menschen sind vor Gewalt und Hunger geflüchtet, viele von ihnen haben in der Türkei Zuflucht gefunden, die Grenze liegt knapp 50 Kilometer entfernt.

    In den vergangenen Tagen haben die Rebellen zum ersten Mal seit langer Zeit in verschiedenen Stadtvierteln Aleppos Geländegewinne erzielt. Mit einem Sturm auf den Bezirk Ramusa versuchen sie, der Armee den Versorgungsweg vom Flughafen zu einer wichtigen Militärbasis abzuschneiden. Gleichzeitig rücken Kämpfer islamistischer Rebellengruppen auf die Geheimdienstzentrale vor.

    Assads Armee wirft Fassbomben ab

    Das Regime setzt derweil seine Terrorkampagne gegen die Zivilbevölkerung fort. Die Luftwaffe habe aus Hubschraubern mehrere Fassbomben über Gebiete abgeworfen, die von der Opposition gehalten werden. Fassbomben sind mit Sprengstoff und Metall gefüllte Behälter, die aus Flugzeugen und Hubschraubern abgeworfen werden. Dabei sollen nach Angaben der Syrischen Beobachtungsstelle für Menschenrechte am Samstag neun Menschen getötet worden sein. Die in Großbritannien ansässige Beobachtungsstelle berief sich auf Mitteilungen von Anwohnern.

    Die staatliche Nachrichtenagentur Sana meldete dagegen Erfolge der Regierungsarmee. Die Truppen hätten den Angriff auf den Geheimdienst abgewehrt, auch in anderen Vierteln sei das Militär erfolgreich gewesen. Die Opfer auf der anderen Seite seien ausschließlich Terroristen gewesen - so bezeichnet das Regime von Baschar al-Assad seit Beginn des Aufstands jeden Oppositionellen.

    Birmas Oppositionschefin trifft in Deutschland den Bundespräsidenten und Kanzlerin Merkel. Gauck nennt sie sein Vorbild, doch auf das Leid der muslimischen Minderheit findet Suu Kyi keine Antwort.

    Es ist ein Gegenbesuch "unter Freunden": Für Bundespräsident Joachim Gauck ist Aung San Suu Kyi, Birmas 'Lady', wie sie liebevoll von ihren Anhänger genannt wird, seit seiner Südostasien-Reise im Februar genau das: eine Gleichgesinnte im Kampf gegen die Diktatur. Am heutigen Donnerstag trifft die Friedensnobelpreisträgerin aus dem lange von harter Junta-Hand regierten Land in Berlin ein.

    Sie wird dort den Bundespräsidenten wiedersehen, außerdem Bundeskanzlerin Angela Merkel (CDU), Außenminister Frank-Walter Steinmeier (SPD) und Bundestagspräsident Norbert Lammert (CDU). Denn am Freitag wird Aung San Suu Kyi mit dem Willy-Brandt-Preis ausgezeichnet. Wirtschaftsminister Sigmar Gabriel (SPD) wird die Laudatio halten.

    "Wir haben eine ähnliche Biografie", hatte Gauck im Februar in Naypyidaw, der neuen und hässlich-absurden Hauptstadt Birmas, geschwärmt und sich begeistert von seiner Gastgeberin gezeigt. Suu Kyi sei "eines seiner großen Vorbilder".

    Und die gemeinsame Erfahrung, in einer Diktatur gelebt zu haben, verbinde, sagte Gauck. "Es gab wegen unserer Sehnsucht nach Freiheit, unserer Liebe zur Freiheit und unserem Kampf für Demokratie viel Gemeinsames."

    Die Oppositionsführerin war ebenfalls angetan von ihrem Gast, auf ihre kerzengrade, gefasste Art: Gauck, der selbst in seiner politischen Vergangenheit gelitten habe, würde ihr Volk besser verstehen als andere, erklärte Suu Kyi.

    Asiatische Version von David gegen Goliath

    Der zerbrechlich wirkenden Politikerin mit den Blüten im Haar wurden schon viele schmeichelhafte Titel verliehen: Sie ist "Mutter Suu", die Demokratie-Ikone, die tapfere Heldin des gewaltfreien Widerstands, die schöne asiatische Neuversion von David gegen Goliath. Ihr Leben wurde verfilmt, lange bevor das letzte Kapitel darin geschrieben ist.

    Nach 15 Jahren Hausarrest war die heute 68-Jährige im November 2010 mit ungebrochenem Tatendrang wie Phönix aus der Asche gestiegen und stürzte sich in ihrer zur Demokratie wiedergeborenen Heimat nach Leibeskräften in die politische Arbeit.

    Es gab vieles aufzuholen, nachdem die Generäle im März 2011 ihre Uniformen abgelegt hatten und sich recht überzeugend auf das Wagnis einer Nicht-Diktatur einließen. Birma, von den Generälen in Myanmar umbenannt, wurde zum Musterland einer demokratischen Neuerfindung. Die neue Garde einstiger Generäle meinte es mit ihrem Projekt einer zivilen Regierung und einer Öffnung tatsächlich ernst.

    Suu Kyi macht wie zuvor unter dem Druck des Militärs auch unter den neuen Vorzeichen eine gute Figur. Sie sprüht trotz der Jahre voll bitterer Entbehrungen, trotz ihrer fragilen Konstitution vor Engagement. Ihre Partei, die Nationale Liga für Demokratie (NLD), errang bei den Nachwahlen vor zwei Jahren mit Abstand die

    Syrian Army Restores Security in Assal Al-Ward

    Syrian army on Tuesday restored security in the Syrian town of Assal al-Ward, in al-Qalamoun region, in Damascus Countryside.

    Official news agency, SANA, reported the event, quoting a military source.
    The source said that large numbers of terrorists were killed in the town, while the rest fled the town.

    The agency also reported that the residents of Assal al-Ward welcomed the army, greeting soldiers with flowers and rice.

    Mortar Shells Hit Damascus Schools: Child Martyred, Dozens Injured

    A Syrian child was martyred and dozens were injured as mortar shells hit schools in Bab Touma and al-Dwailaa, in Damascus.

    Official news agency, SANA, reported the event, adding that most of the injured are children.School shelling in Damascus

    The agency quoted a source at Damascus Police Command as saying that a mortar shell fell over al-Manar elementary school in Bab Touma claiming the life of a child and injuring 36 others.

    "Another terrorist mortar shell fell on a gathering of schools near Mar Elias Church in al-Dwailaa, causing the injury of 5 citizens," the agency added.

    Al-Qaeda Militants Close All Water Supply Gates in Fallujah

    Al-Qaeda militants have closed down all gates of Euphrates River dam they control in Iraq in the Iraqi city of Fallujah in Anbar Province.

    Iraq damMilitants have "completely closed the gates of the Fallujah dam since yesterday morning," Water Resources Minister Muhanad al-Saadi said on Tuesday in a statement.

    The move blocks a major source of water for central and southern Iraq.
    The militants, who seized the dam several weeks ago, had previously cut the flow of water through the dam near the city of Fallujah but reopened it when water accumulated and caused the area to flood.

    The US embassy issued a statement on Monday condemning "ongoing terrorist acts" by extremist group the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), and the dam closure in particular.

    "Targeting dams and other vital infrastructure victimizes innocent Iraqi citizens. In the past week, hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis have suffered from water shortages as a result of ISIL's actions," the embassy said.

    Meanwhile, shelling and shoulder-fired rockets killed two people and wounded seven in Fallujah. Bombings in three areas close to Baghdad killed five people, among them two Sahwa anti-al-Qaeda militiamen, and wounded nine.

    And north of the capital, a firebomb thrown at a checkpoint killed a policeman in the city of Tikrit, while gunmen killed a Kurdish security forces member and a civilian in Kirkuk.

    Bidding Farewell to Al-Manar Martyrs Today

    Bidding farewell to colleagues at al-Manar TV, who were martyred on Monday in the Syrian town of Maaloula, is to take place on Tuesday and Wednesday.

    Funeral of reporter Hamza al-Hajj Hasan is to take off Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. near Dar al-Hikmeh Hospital in Baalbek heading for his village Shaath.Al-Manar martyrs

    Martyr Mohammad Mantash, cameraman, will be escorted to his final place in his southern village, Kfar Seer, at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.

    Meanwhile, the funeral of the technician martyr, Halim Allaw, is to take place on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. in Hermel.

    The three colleagues were martyred on Monday after terrorists in Maaloula opened fire at their vehicles while they were covering the liberation of the Syrian Christian town.

    Two other colleagues were injured in the incident, Cameraman Mohammad Qassas and assistant cameraman Jaafar Hasan.

    Iran Strongly Condemns Murder of Al-Manar Crew

    Iran's embassy in Lebanon strongly condemned Takfiri criminal act of killing three members of Lebanese Al-Manar News Network. Al-Manar crew

    In a statement issued on Tuesday, the embassy said that "the horrible crime of the Takfiri terrorists is a service to the Zionist enemy and aimed to silence voice of truth."

    The embassy condoled with Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah, employees of the al-Manar Network, Lebanon Information Ministry, and martyrs' families.

    Iran's Ambassador to Beirut Ghazanfar Roknabadi also condemned the crime in an interview with al-Manar TV.

    Armed terrorists on Monday afternoon attacked Al-Manar TV crew in the Syrian town of Maaloula and killed three of them.

    Es gibt keinen besseren oder schlechteren Haram/Kufr.

    Man sagt ja auch nicht: "Mir ist lieber, dass mein Sohn Alkohol trinkt, anstatt Drogen zu nehmen!" - man verurteilt beides und möchte es auf alle Fälle vermeiden.

    Der Islam und Allahs Gesetze sind nicht abhängig von Fasiqun. Wenn Allah die Muslime schützen möchte, dann macht Er es auf seine Art und wie Er es will.

    Wir freuen uns auch nicht, dass Obama als Demokrat gewählt wurde, anstatt einem Republikaner (wie damals Bush). Wir hassen beide um Allahs Willen.

    - Haben es akzeptiert Steuern in der Türkei zu zahlen.

    - Tweets, die den Nationalen Sicherheit riskieren und den

    ‫عَنْ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَبِي حَفْصٍ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ: " إنَّمَا الْأَعْمَالُ بِالنِّيَّاتِ، وَإِنَّمَا لِكُلِّ امْرِئٍ مَا نَوَى، فَمَنْ كَانَتْ هِجْرَتُهُ إلَى اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ فَهِجْرَتُهُ إلَى اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ، وَمَنْ كَانَتْ هِجْرَتُهُ لِدُنْيَا يُصِيبُهَا أَوْ امْرَأَةٍ يَنْكِحُهَا فَهِجْرَتُهُ إلَى مَا هَاجَرَ إلَيْهِ".
    رَوَاهُ إِمَامَا الْمُحَدِّثِينَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بنُ إِسْمَاعِيل بن إِبْرَاهِيم بن الْمُغِيرَة بن بَرْدِزبَه الْبُخَارِيُّ الْجُعْفِيُّ [رقم:1]، وَأَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ مُسْلِمٌ بنُ الْحَجَّاج بن مُسْلِم الْقُشَيْرِيُّ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ [رقم:1907] رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا فِي "صَحِيحَيْهِمَا" اللذِينِ هُمَا أَصَحُّ الْكُتُبِ الْمُصَنَّفَةِ.‬

    Imam Muslim überliefert von Abu Hazim, der sagte: Ich war fünf Jahre bei Abu Huraira und ich hörte ihn über den Propheten (s.) berichten:

    "Das Volk Israel wurde von Propheten betreut. Immer wenn ein Prophet starb, folgte ihm ein anderer. Nach mir wird aber kein Prophet mehr geben. Es werden jedoch Kalifen kommen, und ihre Zahl wird groß sein. Man fragte ihn: Und was befiehlst du uns? Er antwortete: Erfüllt die Bai'a des jeweils Ersteren und gebt ihnen ihr Recht, denn Allah wird sie über das ausfragen, was er ihnen in ihre Obhut gelegt hat."

    Dieser Hadith beweist eindeutig die Tatsache, dass die Politik ein untrennbarer Teil des Islam's ist!
