"It was narrated that [Imam] Abu Abdullah said : No infant is born but a certain Satan is in his presence. If Allah knew that he would be of our Shiia, He protects him from that Satan, if he wouldn't be of our Shiia, Satan sticks his finger in his anus, thus becomes a catamite, If it was [the infant] a female, he sticks his finger in her vagina, thus becomes a whore.

Ebenfalls werden die Muslimischen Geiseln von den Armeniern grausam behandelt und mit Gewehrkolben ermordet. Die Armenier die als Soldat in der Osmanischen Armee tätig sind lassen sich mit Absicht von Russen Geiseln nehmen um Ihnen Information über die Osmanische Regierung zu geben. Ebenfalls machen dies die Kaukasus Armenier."

Massacre of prisoners and Muslim population in the nighborhood of Kars and Ardahan.
The number of Muslims committed to the guards of Armenians and massacred by them after being inflicted physical pains upon and struck by the butt of rifles reached 30.000; the Armenians serving in the Ottoman army were deserting and deliberately surrendering to Russians to disclose informations about the said army; Armenians from the Caucasus were first allowing to be taken prisoners by the Ottomans and afterwards evading and delivering to the Russians the intelligence they gathered.

ERKLÄRUNG UND BEWEISE DER INSTITUTIONEN/BEDINGUNGEN FÜR EIN KALIFAT:
1. Der Kalif
Der Beweis für den Kalifen lässt sich an erster Stelle am Propheten (a.s.s.) selbst erkennen, denn er hat das Staatsoberhaupt des Islamischen Staates (damals in Medina) gebildet und hat auch die Muslime dazu aufgefordert einen Kalifen bzw. Imam zu wählen.
Imam Muslim überliefert von Abu Hazim, der sagte: Ich war fünf Jahre bei Abu Huraira und ich hörte ihn über den Propheten (a.s.s.) berichten: "Das Volk Israel wurde von Propheten betreut. Immer wenn ein Prophet starb, folgte ihm ein anderer. Nach mir wird aber kein Prophet mehr sein. Es werden jedoch Kalifen kommen, und deren Zahl wird groß sein. Man fragte ihn: Und was befiehlst du uns? Er antwortete: Erfüllt die Bai'a des jeweils Ersteren und gebt ihnen ihr Recht, denn Allah wird sie über das ausfragen, was er ihnen in ihre Obhut gelegt hat."
Ahmad und Ibn Abi Asim berichten vom Propheten (a.s.s.): "Wer stirbt und keinen Imam über sich hat, der stirbt den Tod der Dschahiliyya."
2. Der Vollmachtsassistent (Muawin al-Tafwid)
3. Der Vollzugsassistent (Muawin al-Tanfidh)
Die Assistenten des Propheten (a.s.s.) waren Abu Bakr und Umar.
Al-Hakim und al-Tirmithi berichten von Abu Said al-Khudariy, dass dieser sagte: "Es sprach der Gesandte Allahs (a.s.s.):
Meine Assistenten unter den Himmelsbewohnern sind Gibril und Mika'il, unter den Erdenbewohnern sind es Abu Bakr und Umar."
Das im Hadith verwendete arabische Wort Waziray bedeutet "meine Helfer" bzw. "meine Assistenten". Dies ist seine sprachliche Bedeutung. Hingegen ist das Wort Wazir in
der heute unter den Menschen gängigen Bedeutung die Übersetzung eines westlichen Terminus', mit dem eine spezifische Regierungstätigkeit gemeint ist, die die Muslime nicht kannten und die dem Regierungssystem im Islam widerspricht. Der Muawin, den der Prophet Wazir nannte, ist mit keiner spezifischen Tätigkeit betraut worden. Vielmehr ist er ein Assistent, dem der Kalif eine allgemeine Vollmacht für alle Tätigkeiten überträgt. Es ist nicht zulässig, ihn ausschließlich mit einer bestimmten Tätigkeit zu betrauen.
4. Der Amir-ul-Dschihad
Was die Armee anbelangt, die organisatorisch dem Amir-ul-
Dschihad untersteht, so war der Gesandte (a.s.s.) ihr eigentlicher Kommandant. Er organisierte und betreute sie selbst. Manchmal ernannte er Heerführer für bestimmte Aufgaben. So ernannte er Abdullah ibn Dschahsch zum Anführer über einen Trupp,
um Nachrichten über die Quraisch einzuholen. Abu Salama ibn Abd al-Asad ernannte er zum Kommandanten

أمريكا لا يهمها لو قتل كافة الشعب السوري ودمرت بلاده، لأنها هي بنفسها مع حلفائها وعملائها قامت بتدمير العراق وأفغانستان والصومال، فلا يوجد أي أثر للإنسانية أو للأخلاق في سياستها وتصرفاتها فتعتبر كل ذلك عواطف لا داعي لها.
وأمريكا تعلن بأساليب مختلفة أنها تحافظ على النظام السوري لأنه نظام علماني تابع لها وأنه أفضل لها من نظام المسلمين المخلصين الذين تصفهم بالمتشددين أو التكفيريين أو الأيدي الخطأ أو الإرهابيين لأنهم يقاومون احتلالها واستعمارها ونفوذها، وتعلن أنها تقف في وجه هؤلاء المخلصين من أهل البلد الذين يريدون أن يقيموا النظام الإسلامي المتمثل بدولة الخلافة بينما هي تريد المحافظة على النظام العلماني فتعارض انهيار هذا النظام.
وقد صرح المسؤولون الأمريكيون بذلك عدة مرات، بل يصرون على ذلك.
قال تعالى: {إِنَّ الْكَافِرِينَ كَانُواْ لَكُمْ عَدُوًّا مُّبِينًا}

Nach dem kurzen Überblick über die Stellung der Frau in den vorislamischen Gesellschaften, wollen wir uns nun der Stellung der Frau im Islam zuwenden. Hier werden wir die Rechte, die der Islam den Frauen zugesteht mit denen vergleichen, die Frauen in anderen Gesellschaftsformen gewährt werden.
Der Islam behandelt Frauen auf eine sehr verständliche Weise. Wir bemerken, dass der Islam seine Fürsorge für Frauen nicht auf ein bestimmtes Lebensstadium begrenzt, sondern er beachtet sorgfältig die Bedürfnisse und Rechte ihr ganzes Leben hindurch, wie wir im Folgenden zeigen werden. Der Islam konzentriert sich auf die Frau im Allgemeinen, als Tochter, Gattin, Mutter und andere in der islamischen Gesellschaft.
Töchter im Islam
Allah (Subhaanahu wa ta´ala. Er ist frei von Unvollkommenheit, der Allerhöchste) sagt im Qur´an al-Karim (17:31) bezüglich der Notwendigkeit und Wichtigkeit des Schutzes und der Sorge für die weiblichen und männlichen Neugeborenen:
[Und tötet eure Kinder nicht aus Furcht vor Armut; Wir sorgen für sie und für euch. Wahrlich, sie zu töten ist ein großes Vergehen.]
Tatsächlich erklärt der Islam das Töten von Kindern zu einer großen Sünde, die von Allah bestraft werden wird.
Der Islam trägt den Eltern auf, ihren Kindern schöne Namen zu geben, sorgfältig auf sie zu achten, ihren Bedürfnissen nachzukommen, ihnen ihrem Einkommen entsprechend bereitzustellen, was sie brauchen und ihnen ein angemessenes, respektiertes und ehrbares Leben zu sichern.
Allah (Subhaanahu wa ta´ala. Er ist frei von Unvollkommenheit, der Allerhöchste) sagt im Qur´an al-Karim (2:233):
[Und die Mütter stillen ihre Kinder zwei volle Jahre. (Das gilt) für die, die das Stillen vollenden wollen. Und es obliegt dem, dem das Kind geboren wurde, für (die Mütter) ihre Nahrung und Kleidung auf gütige Weise Sorge zu tragen.]
Die Erziehung der Kinder ist das wichtigste Recht für die Mutter nach dem Recht des Stillens. Die Mutter besitzt einen Anspruch darauf, das Kind, Sohn wie Tochter, im frühen Lebensstadium im Alter von eins bis dreizehn oder vierzehn zu hüten. Dies kommt speziell in Scheidungsfällen bei großen Differenzen der Eltern zur Anwendung.
Der Islam verleiht der Mutter die Obhut in der frühen Kindheit, weil sie normalerweise sorgsamer und bedachter auf die Bedürfnisse des Kindes eingeht. ´Amr bin Schu´aib berichtet von Allahs Propheten (salla-llahu ´alaihi wa salam. Allahs Segen und Frieden auf ihm): "Eine Frau kam zum Propheten (salla-llahu ´alaihi wa salam. Allahs Segen und Frieden auf ihm) und beschwerte sich über ihren Ehemann, indem sie sagte: "Meine Gebärmutter hielt das Baby als Fetus, meine Brust stillte es als Kleinkind und mein Schoß trug es noch lange. Der Vater des Babies ließ mich scheiden, und er wollte mir das Baby (Kind) wegnehmen!" Er (salla-llahu ´alaihi wa salam. Allahs Segen und Frieden auf ihm) sagte:
"Du verdienst die Obhut des Kindes, solange du dich nicht wieder verheiratest." (Dieser Hadith wird bei Ahmad, Abu Dawud und Baihaqi überliefert.) Abu Bakr (radia-llahu ´anhu. Allahs Wohlgefallen auf ihm), der erste rechtgeleitete Khalif von Allahs Propheten (salla-llahu ´alaihi wa salam. Allahs Segen und Frieden auf ihm), verfasste einen Erlass zugunsten von ´Asims Mutter, die Frau von ´Umar bin al-Khattab (radia-llahu ´anhu. Allahs Wohlgefallen auf ihm), als ´Umar sie scheiden ließ. Abu Bakr (radia-llahu ´anhu. Allahs Wohlgefallen auf ihm) sagte:
"Ihr Geruch, die Art wie die Mutter ihr Kind riecht und ihre Freundlichkeit ist für ihn besser als du." (Dieser Hadith wird von Imam Ahmad in seinem Buch Al-Muwatta berichtet.)
Wäre es nicht der Befehl Allahs (Subhaanahu wa ta´ala. Er ist frei von Unvollkommenheit, der Allerhöchste) im Qur´an al-Karim und in der Sunnah (Lehren) des Propheten (salla-llahu ´alaihi wa salam. Allahs Segen und Frieden auf ihm), so wäre den Frauen nicht der Vorrang gegeben worden. Es wird überliefert, dass Allahs Prophet (salla-llahu ´alaihi wa salam. Allahs Segen und Frieden auf ihm) sagte:
"Sei gerecht und gleich, wenn du deinen Kindern Geschenke machst. Wenn ich irgendeinem (Geschlecht) den Vorrang über den anderen geben müsste, hätte ich dem Weiblichen den Vorrang gegeben (was Geschenke betrifft)."(Dieser Hadith wird bei Baihaqi berichtet.)
Darüberhinaus konzentrierte sich Allahs Prophet (salla-llahu ´alaihi wa salam. Allahs Segen und Frieden auf ihm) in seinen gesamten Lehren darauf, den Frauen im Allgemeinen mehr Sorge und Aufmerksamkeit angedeihen zu lassen als den Männern. Frauen müssen mit Freundlichkeit, Respekt, Ehre, Würde, Integrität behandelt werden, und für ihre Bedürfnisse muss gesorgt werden.
Allahs Prophet (salla-llahu ´alaihi wa salam. Allahs Segen und Frieden auf ihm) sagte:
Derjenige, der drei Töchter hat oder drei Schwestern oder zwei Töchter oder zwei Schwestern und sehr freundlich zu ihnen ist, ihnen nette Gesellschaft leistet und Allah in ihrer Behandlung fürchtet, wird das Paradies betreten (als Ergebnis seiner guten Behandlung dieser Frauen)." (Dieser Hadith wird bei Abu Dawud und Tirmidhi berichtet.)
Allahs Prophet (salla-llahu ´alaihi wa salam. Allahs Segen und Frieden auf ihm) sagte:
"Derjenige, der drei Töchter hat und mit ihnen Geduld übt, ihnen seinem Einkommen entsprechend Essen und Kleidung gibt, für den werden sie wie ein Schutzwall sein, der ihn vor der Qual des Höllenfeuers schützt." (Dieser Hadith wird bei Ahmad berichtet.)
Islamische Gesetze und Lehren weisen die Eltern an, ihre Kinder mit besten Manieren aufwachsen zu lassen und ihnen eine einwandfreie, nützliche und gesunde Ausbildung zu bieten. Ibn ´Umar (radia-llahu ´anhu. Allahs Wohlgefallen auf ihm) berichtet vom Propheten Allahs r, der sagte:
"Die Sündigsten von euch sind die, die jene, die sie ernähren müssten, verderben lassen." (Dieser Hadith wird bei Abu Dawud und Nasaa´ii berichtet.)
