    "Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah, (PBUH), said, "The Fire is surrounded by indulgence (pleasures) of appetites and Jannah is surrounded by things people dislike." [Agreed upon].

    Coming across this hadith always serves as a reminder for me. It brings the thought to mind that all the pleasures of this life are a glimpse of Jannah, but over here they aren't perfect. With happiness comes sadness, with youth comes age, with health comes sickness, etc. And likewise all the pains of this world are a glimpse of Jahannam, but not everlasting. As with sadness comes happiness in serving Allah, with pain comes comfort with hope in Allah, and with sickness comes peace with Allah, if it is even by death.

    I pray that Allah SWT allows us to see past the glimmer and glitter of this world to the real happiness and success we are all after, and keeps us from falling into the deceit of shaytan and this world. Ameen."

    529 Menschen, 529 Leben, 529 Familien. So einfach kann es nicht sein. Wir dürfen nicht wegschauen. Sie wurden innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zum Tode verurteilt. Ihre Schuld war es Wahres zu sprechen! Das Falsche abzulehnen und zu den Guten zu stehen! Warum sprechen die Medien nicht darüber? Warum unternimmt keiner etwas? Wo verstecken sich die Menschenrechte bloß heute? Wir schulden diesen tapferen mutigen Menschen Vieles. Vielleicht können wir nicht die Welt ändern, vielleicht können wir deren Tod nicht verhindern, aber wessen Gewissen kann schweigen, wenn 529 Menschen erhängt werden?

    Wir, liebe Brüder und Schwester, versammeln uns am Sonntag, den 20. April und hinterlegen eine bestimmte Strecke zurück. Unser Ziel ist es, zu zeigen, dass wir nicht schweigen werden! Wir wollen unseren Brüdern in Ägypten beistehen mit ihnen mitfühlen. Wir wollen sagen:"Brüder wir sind mit euch"!
