    « Le takfir est une question dangereuse et grave. A ce sujet, les opinions ont divergé, les discours et les doctrines se sont multipliés. Quant à la voie des Salafs sur ce thème, elle est la plus juste, la plus convenable et la plus proche de la vérité. Chez les Salafs, le takfir est un jugement découlant de la Loi d'Allah comme le reste des jugements de la loi islamique.

    Le takfir ne s'applique qu'après qu'il soit bâti solidement avec des preuves indiscutables et indéniables de la loi islamique connues et reconnues chez Ahl Sunna wal Jama'a ; le takfir ne s'applique qu'après vérification et que la présence d'éléments tranchants soient attestés, conditions qui doivent être connues et reconnues chez Ahl Sunna wal Jama'a. Ainsi, il ne s'applique qu'après avoir vérifié la validité incontestable de la réunion des conditions et l'existence de possible éléments empêchant d'appliquer le takfir sur celui qui accomplit l'action visée et avoir exposé solidement et clairement la preuve dans le sujet traité.

    Les salafs de cette Oumma n'évoluent qu'en respectant les principes du Dine et n'en sortent jamais. De telle sorte, ils contredisent les adeptes du ghoulou (exagération) ; les gens du ghoulou comme nous pouvons les observer et les entendre aujourd'hui jugent mécréants les gens sur base de spéculations, de choses douteuses et ambiguës, désirs, sur base de probabilités et sur base de ce qui ne sort même pas de l'islam ainsi que sur base d'appréciations et d'opinions individuelles. Ces individus ne se conforment pas à la voie du Coran et de la Sunna et aux principes d'Ahl Sunna wal jama'a.

    De la même manière, les salafs contredisent les adeptes du laxisme et du « jahmisme » dans ce domaine ; ceux qui évitent d'appliquer le takfir sur celui sur qui se sont confirmées les conditions légales conformes au Coran et la Sunna et aux critères d'Ahl Sunna. Ce sont les mêmes qui se retiennent de faire le takfir sur la question des croyances fondamentales de la
