Was ist der Glaube von Imam Ahmed ibn Hanbal und ist die Hanbali Aqidah korrekt? Ist der Hanbali fiqh ähnlich oder derselbe glauben von shaykh ibn taymiyyah ?
Antwort:
Im Namen Allahs, des Allerbarmers, des Barmherzigen.As-salāmu 'alaykum wa rahmatullāhi wa barakātuh.
Imām Abū 'Abdillāh Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Hanbal ibn Hilāl (164 – 241 H) – rahimahullāh ta'ālā –, der Gründer der Hanbalī madhhab in fiqh, war ein großer imām der Ahlus Sunnah wa l-Jamā'ah. Seine Rechtsschule ist einer der 4 etablierten Schulen der Islamischen Rechtswissenschaft. Er war auf der 'aqīdah der Ahlus Sunnah wa l-Jamā'ah.
Doch, die "Hanbalī 'aqīdah" welche kurz nach Imām Ahmad ibn Hanbal rahimahullāh ta'ālā entstand, welche man dem imām zuschreibt, wurde von antrophormistischen Glauben verschmutzt. Hāfiz Ibn al-Jawzī (510 – 597 H) – rahimahullāh ta'ālā –, einer der führenden Gelehrten der Hanbali Schule, schrieb eine Abhandlung namens Daf' Shubah al-Tashbīh, (indem er) Imām Ahmad rahimahullāh gegen den erneuerischen glauben, welche man ihm später von denjenigen die behaupten seiner Schule zu folgen verteidigt.[1]
Ibn 'Aqīl (431 – 513 H) rahimahullāh, ebenso einer der führenden Gelehrten der Hanbalī madhhab, schrieb gegen den Anthropomorphismus, welches sich in seiner Schule eingeschlichen hatte.[2]
Ibn Taymiyyah, hat leider in vielen Fragen der Aqidah den Gelehrten der Ahlus Sunnah wa l-Jamā'ah wiedersprochen. So unterstützte er die anthrophormistischen Vorstellungen im Bezug auf Allah.[3] Außerdem bestätigte er die Ansicht, dass das Höllenfeuer vergehen wird, welche ja in Konflikt mit vielen Versen des Korans und der etablierten Lehre von der Ahli Sunna wa l-Jama'ah steht[4]. Ebenso glaubte er an das falsche Konzept dass "erschaffene Dinge keinen Anfang haben" (hawādith lā awwala lahā), welches impliziert dass erschaffene Dinge in der ewigkeit mit Allāh Ta'ālā existierten.[5]
Die Hauptgelehrten der Ahlus Sunnah haben Ibn Taymiyyah in diesen verdorbenen Ansichten wiederlegt. Als Beispiel, sein Zeitgenosse, Imām Taqī al-Dīn al-Subkī (683 – 756 H), schrieb ein Werk namens al-Durar al-Mudiyyah fi l-Radd 'ala Ibn Taymiyyah, wo er Ibn Taymiyyah's Antrophormismus und seine Meinung "dass erschaffene Dinge keinen Anfang haben" erwähnt. Imām Taqī al-Dīn Abū Bakr al-Husnī (752 – 829 H), ein großer Rechtswissenschaftler der Shāfi'ī madhhab, schrieb ebenso eine Wiederlegung gegen Ibn Taymiyyah, namens Daf' Shubah man Shabbaha wa Tamarrada wa Nasaba dhālika ila l-Imām Ahmada. Darin, verwies er darauf, und wiederlegte all die obengennanten Fehler von Ibn Taymiyyah.
Daher sollten Muslime von der Glaubenslehre die sich als so gennante "Hanbalī 'aqīdah," oder die 'aqīdah von Ibn Taymiyyah präsentiert vermeiden.
Für einen gewöhnlichen Muslim, sind die Aussagen der Islamischen Glaubenslehre in der al-'Aqīdat al-Tahāwiyyah von Imām Abū Ja'far al-Tahāwī enthalten (239 – 321 H) rahimahullāh, welche von den Gelehrten der Ahlus Sunnah wa l-Jamā'ah[6], empfohlen wird.
Die Zurückweisung der Vorstellung jeglicher Ähnlichkeit zwischen dem Schöpfer und der Schöpfung, Imām al-Tahāwī sagt:
من وصف الله بمعنى من معاني البشر فقد كفر
"Wer auch immer Allah ein Attribut zuschreibt, dass eine Bedeutung zwischen den Bedeutungen beinhaltet, die auch auf Menschen anwendbar sind, so hat dieser Kufur begangen."
Die Zurückweisung der Vermenschlichung, er sagt:
تعالى عن الحدود والغايات، والأركان والأعضاء والأدوات، لا تحويه الجهات الست كسائر المبتدعات
"Er ist hocherhaben darüber, Grenzen, Bestandteile oder Gliedmaßen zu besitzen. Ebenso wenig können Ihn die sechs Himmelsrichtungen umfassen, in denen alle erschaffenen Dinge enthalten sind."
Die Zurückweisung über das Vergehen der Hölle, er sagt:
والجنة والنار مخلوقتان، لا تفنيان أبدا ولا تبيدان
"Das Paradies und die Hölle sind zwei nicht endende Geschöpfe und gehen nicht zugrunde."
Die Zurückweisung der Ansicht dass erschaffene Dinge in der ewigkeit mit Allah existierten, er schreibt:
له معنى الربوبية ولا مربوب ومعنى الخالق ولا مخلوق
"Ihm kam die Bedeutung des Herr-Seins zu, als es nichts gab, dessen Herr Er war und die Bedeutung des Schöpfer-Seins war Ihm zu eigen, als es noch nichts Erschaffenes gab."
Man sollte die klare eindeutige Glaubenslehre der Salaf wie von Imām al-Tahāwī in seiner 'Aqīdah dargestellt wurde folgen, und zweifelhafte Darstellungen der Islamischen Glaubenslehre. Muslime die keine Gelehrte sind oder kein Hintergrundwissen in den Islamischen wissenschaften haben sollten mit der kurzen Darstellung von al-'Aqīdat al-Tahāwiyyah sich genügen und man darf sich nicht in komplizierte 'aqīdah Angelegenheiten vertiefen, da dies zur Verwirrung und fehler im Glauben führen kann.
Gelernte Muslime sollten sich vor unzuverlässigen Kommentaren von al-'Aqīdat al-Tahāwiyyah in acht nehmen, welche den klaren Aussagen von Imām al-Tahāwī wiedersprechen, berühmt unter ihnen ist der Sharh al-'Aqīdat al-Tahāwiyyah von Ibn Abi l-'Izz (gest. 792 H), in der der Kommentator einige der falschen Ansichten von Ibn Taymiyyah übernahm. Einige der vertrauenswürdigen Kommentare von Imām al-Tahāwī's 'Aqīdah sind unter anderem folgende: Qādī Ismā'īl ibn Ibrāhīm al-Shaybānī (gest. 629 H), Abū Hafs Sirāj al-Dīn al-Ghaznawī (gest. 773) and 'Abd al-Ghanī al-Maydānī (gest. 1298), welche alle gedruckt worden sind [7].

قال الحافظ في فتح الباري: وهي أصرح فى الرد على من أثبت حوادث لا أول لها من رواية الباب، وهي (أي القول بحوادث لا أول لها) من مستشنع المسائل المنسوبة لابن تيمية (أي المنقولة منه) (وانظر: النقد القويم لما كتبه ابن تيمية على حديث عمران بن حصين)

HRW: ISIL Staged Mass Executions in Iraq's Tikrit
Photograph and satellite imagery indicate that Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) insurgents have carried out mass executions in the northern Iraqi city of Tikrit, Human Rights Watch reported on Friday.
ISIL New York-based Human Rights Watch said that between 160 and 190 men were killed in at least two locations in and around Tikrit - the hometown of late Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein - between June 11 and 14.
It said that the death toll could be much higher but the difficulty of locating bodies and getting to the area had prevented a full investigation.
Pictures posted on HRW's website showed a row of men lined up face-down in trenches being shot by gunmen.
"The photos and satellite images from Tikrit provide strong evidence of a horrible war crime that needs further investigation," Human Rights Watch emergencies director Peter Bouckaert said in a statement.
"They and other abusive forces should know that the eyes of Iraqis and the world are watching."

Armed US Drones Flying over Iraq
USA: Armed droneThe Obama administration is flying armed aircraft over Iraq, defense officials said on Friday, adding that the flights were aimed at gathering intelligence and ensuring the safety of U.S. personnel on the ground rather than conducting strikes.
"What I would tell you is that we continue to fly both manned and unmanned aircraft over Iraq at the ... Iraqi government's request, predominantly for reconnaissance purposes. Some of those aircraft are armed," Rear Admiral John Kirby, a Pentagon spokesman, told reporters.
"The reason that some of those aircraft are armed is primarily for force protection reasons now that we have introduced into the country some military advisers whose objective will be to operate outside the confines of the embassy," he said.
The United States has increased manned and unmanned reconnaissance flights over Iraq - to about 30 to 35 a day - in an effort to help Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki's government repel the advance of terrorists from the so-called 'Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant' (ISIL).
More than two years after U.S. forces withdrew, the White House has ruled out sending troops back into combat in Iraq, but it has dispatched military advisors and said it would consider air strikes against the gunmen groups, who have seized cities and towns across western and northern Iraq.
U.S. intelligence about the ISIL advance is improving but it could take weeks to complete a detailed picture of the threat, and any possible strikes do not appear imminent, U.S. officials said.
The Obama administration also has been working to speed up delivery of U.S. weaponry that Iraq is buying from the United States.
Iraq has requested 800 Hellfire air-to-ground missiles, which enable helicopters to battle tanks and other armored vehicles, in addition to the hundreds of Hellfire missiles that should be delivered to the country in coming weeks, Kirby said.
"We're processing that as we speak," he said.

Army Raids Explosives Cache in North Lebanon
Lebanon: Fnaideq cave in the North The Lebanese army said on Saturday that detainees - who were arrested during raids in the northern Akkar region of Fnaideq over the past week - confessed to the existence of a cave in the region where they used to prepare explosives.
The army said in a statement that as a result of the investigations of Alaa Kanaan and Mahmoud Khaled, members of a terrorist bombing who were recently arrested, it raided the cave in question where it discovered bombs prepared to be detonated.
Lebanon: Fnaideq cave in the NorthCDs, several SIM cards, mobile phones, documents, and documented lessons on how to manufacture explosives were also discovered in the place.
The National News Agency reported earlier on Saturday that the army raided the areas of Fnaideq, al-Kafroun, and Jisr Ain al-Banat, in the north eastern of Lebanon.
It also raided the nearby Aziziyeh encampment for Syrian refugees in searching for wanted suspects.
Local media also reported that the detainees confessed to providing suicide-bombers, including the Beirut's Duroy Hotel assailants, with explosives.
Lebanon: Fnaideq cave in the NorthOne of the detainees confessed on Thursday to storing a number of explosives and weapons in property he owns in Fnaideq.
Also Thursday, the army raided another residence in Fnaideq where it seized 42 dynamite sticks, 34 120-millimeter and 80-millimeter mortar shells, 14 propellant charges for the mortar shells, and 36 stun grenades.
On Wednesday, a Saudi suicide-bomber blew himself up at the Duroy Hotel when he detonated his explosives during a security raid. His accomplice, also a Saudi citizen, survived the blast and is being questioned at hospital.

Zionist Entity May Intervene if ISIL Advances to Jordan: Report
ISIL armed terroristThe Zionist entity has said that it would be willing to take military action in neighboring Jordan to protect it from attacks by the so-called 'Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant terrorist group, dubbed as ISIL, which has been sweeping across northern parts of Iraq and Syria in a violent bid to create its unilaterally-declared own state.
A US Senator told the Daily Beast "Jordan could not repel a full assault from ISIL on its own at this point," adding that Jordan "will ask Israel and the United States for as much help as they can get."
"But behind the scenes, Israeli diplomats have told their American counterparts that Israel would be prepared to take military action to save the Hashemite Kingdom," the website reported.
Thomas Sanderson, the co-director for transnational threats at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, said the Zionist entity and the United States view the survival of the Jordanian monarchy as a paramount national security objective.
"I think Israel and the United States would identify a substantial threat to Jordan as a threat to themselves and would offer all appropriate assets to the Jordanians." he was quoted as saying.
Sanderson, who is a former contractor for the Defense Intelligence Agency, said those assets would include air power and intelligence resources.
However, he dismissed the likelihood of such action under current circumstances.
"It's impossible to rule out boots on the ground from Israel or the United States, but that is the least likely scenario. Amman would have to be under siege for that to happen."
Dana Daoud, a spokeswoman for the Jordanian embassy in Washington, reassured "We are in full control of our borders and our Jordanian Armed Forces are being very vigilant."
"We have taken all the precautionary measures. So far, we have not detected any abnormal movement. However, if anything threatens our security or gets near our borders it will face the full strength of our Jordanian Armed Forces," she added.
In the last year, the U.S. military has also positioned batteries of Patriot missiles and a fleet of F-16s inside Jordan along with a contingency of U.S. soldiers known as Centcom-Forward Jordan. The group is led by Brig. General Dennis McKean, one of whose missions is to help plan for Jordan's defense in the midst of the chaos that has enflamed the region.
"Jordan is a very close partner to the United States, and we have shared their concerns about violence spilling across the border for some time," said Commander Bill Speaks, a spokesman for the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
"We are committed to supporting Jordan's security and continually assess the situation and how best to support our friends in the region," he noted.

Der Muslim und der Schutzbefohlene
Die Stadt Kufa war einst Mittelpunkt des islamischen Staates und das Augenmerk aller Muslime war nach jener Stadt gerichtet. Die Muslime, bis auf jene in Cham, beobachteten die Geschehnisse und erwarteten die Entscheidungen aus diesem bedeutungsvollen Machtzentrum. Und wie es der Zufall so wollte, traf eines Tages ein Muslim einen Schutzbefohlenen, und jeder fragte den anderen nach seinem Ziel.
Der Muslim sagte: „Ich möchte nach Kufa." Und der Schutzbefohlene sagte: „Ich möchte in die Nähe von Kufa."
Sie beschlossen dann, die Strecke gemeinsam zu laufen und sich zu unterhalten. Weil sie im Gespräch vertieft waren, verging die Zeit sehr schnell und sie spürten die Länge des Weges auch nicht. Als ihre Wege sich trennen mussten, wunderte sich der Schutzbefohlene darüber, dass der Muslim den Weg nach Kufa nicht nahm, sondern ihn auf seinem Weg begleitete.
Er fragte ihn: „Wolltest du nicht nach Kufa?"
Der Muslim: „Doch"
Der Schutzbefohlene: „Weshalb gehst du dann diesen Weg? Hast du dich umentschieden?"
Der Muslim: „Ich weiß, dass dies nicht der Weg nach Kufa ist, aber für einen guten Begleiter gehört es sich, dass er sich davon der Ankunft seines Mitreisenden vergewissert, so lehrte es uns unser Prophet (saas)."
„Es ist kein Wunder, dass die, die ihm folgten, es wegen seiner hohen Moral und seiner guten Werke taten, und hiermit bezeuge ich dich, dass ich es dir gleich tun will."
Er ging mit ihm zurück, und als er erfuhr, dass sein muslimischer Begleiter der Fürst der Gläubigen Ali ibn Abi Taleb (as) war, nahm er den Islam als Religion an.
