Мир и благословение Посланнику Аллаха. Данная работа является полезным научным исследованием наших братьев с Аравийского полуострова, которую они направили нам. Касается она той дискуссии, которая развернулась вокруг провозглашения халифата, который объявившие его люди вменили в обязанность признать мусульманам во всех уголках земли. Они так же обязали всех мусульман присягнуть избранному ими халифу. Более того, они заявили об упразднении всех джамаатов джихада и призыва и призвали членов этих джамаатов покинуть их и нарушить данную ими своим амирам присягу. Эти люди заявили, что все, кто не переселился к ним и не присягнул их халифу, находятся в грехе. Всё это и многое другое является следствием и результатом их заявления, которое они сделали преступив границы и не уточнив: имеется ли для их подобного заявления какой-либо шариатский довод и аргумент, в вопросе назначения/избрания халифа, который установили мусульманские учёные? Эти люди приступили к требованиям ещё до утверждения основ и объявили о своей жёсткой, непримиримой позиции по отношении к тем, кто с ними не согласен, прежде чем укрепили свой трон. Они начали требовать от мусульман исполнения их обязанностей при этом не беря на себя никаких обязательств перед ними и не имея возможности соблюдать права мусульман в разных уголках земли, над которыми они обобщённо объявили свою власть и своё господство путём провозглашения халифата. Это то, что не дозволено им шариатом и разумом, как это разъяснил наш брат — уважаемый шейх Мухаммад ибн Салих Аль-Мухаджир, حفظه الله, в этом коротком, но полезном научном послании. Мы просим Всевышнего Аллаха, чтобы Он воздал ему наилучшим образом за его труд и принёс пользу, тем, что он написал, мусульманам, и чтобы Он привёл верующих к их подлинному халифату и укреплению на земле.
