Dies ist verpflichtend sowohl für Männer als auch für Frauen. Beweis der Pflicht Es gibt zahlreiche Beweise dafür, dass wir das Gute gebieten und das Schlechte anprangern sollen. Allah (swt) spricht im Qur'an: „Die gläubigen Männer und die gläubigen Frauen sind einer des anderen Beschützer. Sie gebieten das Rechte und verbieten das Unrecht, verrichten das Gebet und entrichten die Abgabe und gehorchen Allah und Seinem Gesandten. Sie sind es, derer Allah Sich erbarmen wird. Gewiß, Allah ist Allmächtig und Allweise." (Sure At-Tauba, 9:71) „Und es soll aus eine Gemeinschaft werden, die zum Guten aufruft, das Rechte gebietet und das Unrecht verbietet. Jene sind es, denen es wohl ergeht." (Sure Al-Imran, 3:104) „Ihr seid die beste Gemeinschaft, die für die Menschen hervorgebracht worden ist. Ihr gebietet das Rechte und verbietet das Unrecht und glaubt an Allah." (Sure Al-Imran, 3:110) Und Allah (swt) sagt ebenfalls: „(... für die Gläubigen,), die in Reue Umkehrenden, die (Allah) Dienenden, die Lobenden, die (auf Allahs Weg) Umherziehenden, die sich Verbeugenden, die sich Niederwerfenden, die das Rechte Gebietenden und das Unrecht Verbietenden, die Allahs Grenzen Beachtenden ... und verkünde den Gläubigen frohe Botschaft." (Sure At-Tauba, 9:112) Die Ayat und Ahadith, die uns deutlich machen, dass es eine Pflicht für uns darstellt das Gute zu verbieten und das Unrecht anzuprangern, beinhalten ebenfalls die Verantwortlichkeit der Herrscher. Sie richten sich sowohl an die Herrscher, als auch an die anderen Menschen. Gehorsamkeit gegenüber dem Herrscher bedeutet nicht, dass die Muslime ihm blind folgen sollen, auch wenn seine Handlungen nicht rechtmäßig sind. Allah (swt) hat uns befohlen den Herrschern Gehorsam zu leisten, es sei denn, sie widersprechen den Rechten der Muslime, sie erfüllen nicht ihre Verantwortungen gegenüber den Menschen, sie vernachlässigen ihre Angelegenheiten, sie verletzen Allahs (swt) Regeln oder führen andere neue Regeln ein. Derjenige, der sich nicht dagegen auflehnt hat den schwächsten Iman, auch wenn er die Handlungen des Herrschers im Herzen verurteilt. Den stärksten Iman hingegen hat derjenige, der nach Allah (swt) Anordnungen handelt. Der Prophet (sas) sagte: „Es wird Herrscher geben, die sowohl den islamischen Verpflichtungen nachgehen als auch verbotene Taten vollbringen. Derjenige, der dies erkennt, befindet sich auf der sicheren Seite. Derjenige, der diese Handlungen anprangert,wird frei von Sünde sein. Derjenige aber, der damit einverstanden ist und diesen Taten folgt, wird weder sicher noch frei von Sünde sein." Mit „Mar'uf" sind die islamischen Verpflichtungen und mit „Munkar" ist das Verbotene, das Unrecht, gemeint. Als muslimische Frauen müssen wir uns Wissen über Haram und Halal aneignen. Wir müssen wissen, dass wir dazu verpflichtet sind, das Schlechte anzuprangern und das Gute zu gebieten. Es ist uns nicht erlaubt, eine Haramtat zu ignorieren oder einer islamischen Pflicht nicht nachzugehen. Das Gute gebieten und das Schlechte anprangern bringt sehr viel Belohnung Die Beweise dafür, das Schlechte anzuprangern sind eindeutig. Allah (swt) verlangt dies sogar, wenn es auch zum Märtyrertod führen sollte.Der Prophet (sas) sagte: „Der vorzüglichste Märtyrer ist Hamza und derjenige, der das Wort der Wahrheit vor einem tyrannischen Herrscher spricht, um das Gute zu gebieten und das Unrecht anzuprangern, und dann getötet wird." Allah (swt) droht den Muslimen mit gewaltiger Strafe, sollten sie das Unrecht nicht anprangern. Huthaifa bin Al-Yaman berichtete, dass der Prophet (sas) sagte: „(Ich schwöre) bei dem, in dessen Hand meine Seele liegt, ihr gebietet das Gute und verbietet das Unrecht, oder Allah wird eine Strafe über euch senden und danach werdet ihr zu Ihm beten, ohne dass eure Gebete erhört werden." (Ahmad und Tirmidhi) Der Prophet (sas) sagte: „Wenn die Leute jemanden Unrecht handeln sehen und ihn nicht davon zurückhalten, dann wird Allah (swt) sie bald bestrafen." (Tirmidhi) Vom Propheten (sas) wird auch überliefert: „Bei Allah, in Dessen Hand sich meine Seele befindet! Solange ihr nicht das Gute gebietet und das Unrecht verbietet, und gegebenenfalls mit Gewalt den Übeltäter davon abhaltet , Unrecht zu begehen, und ihn nicht dazu zwingt, sich dem Rest entsprechend zu verhalten, solange wird Allah eure Herzen versiegeln und euch verfluchen, so wie Er die Kinder Israels verfluchte." (Abu Daud) RasulAllah (sas) sagte: „Allah wird die gewöhnlichen Menschen aufgrund von Sünden bestimmter anderer Menschen nicht bestrafen, bis sie das Unrecht zwischen ihnen sehen und in der Lage sind, es zu verbieten, aber es dennoch nicht tun. Allah wird dann sowohl die gewöhnlichen Menschen, als auch die bestimmten Menschen bestrafen." (Ahmad) Zu der Zeit des rechtgeleiteten Kalifen Umar bin Khattab (r) hielt Umar eine Khutba in der Moschee, in der er die Brautgabe einschränkte. Eine Frau in der Moschee korrigierte Umars (r) Meinung bezüglich der Brautgabe, indem sie beanstandete das er etwas einschränkt, was Allah (swt) erlaubt hat. Umar (r) gab der Frau Recht, sah seinen Fehler ein und zog seine Anordnung zurück. Diese Frau fürchtete Umar (r) nicht, trotz seiner Position als Kalif. Sobald sie erkannt hat, dass er falsch liegt, sprach sie das an, was Allah (swt) uns offenbart hat. Es gibt zahlreiche andere Beispiele, in denen muslimische Frauen Stärke bewiesen und sowohl in der Öffentlichkeit als auch im Privaten das Gute verbreitet und das Unrecht angeprangert haben. Asma bint Abu Bakr (ra) beschützte stets den Din, indem sie die Wahrheit sprach. Sogar als sie eine alte Frau war, prangerte sie den Herrscher Hajjaj ibn Yusuf an. Einige Menschen sind der Meinung, dass wir uns nicht gegen das Unrecht auflehnen sollten, sondern uns eher auf uns selber konzentrieren müssen, indem wir uns von Handlungen, die Uneinigkeit stiften, fernhalten. Das Unrecht anzuprangern funktioniert nicht durch Schweigen. Hinzu kommt, dass es als „scharr'' (schlecht) gilt, die Einheit der muslimischen Umma durch Ungehorsamkeit Allah (swt) gegenüber erreichen zu wollen. Vielmehr sollte unsere Einheit einzig und allein auf der islamischen Aqida und dem Gehorsam gegenüber Allahs (swt) Gesetzen beruhen. Aus diesem Grund sollte eine muslimische Frau heute das Gute gebieten und das Unrecht anprangern, indem sie das ausführt, was Allah (swt) angeordnet hat, dem folgt, was der Prophet (sas) ausgesprochen hat und sich an den Beispielen der Sahaba (r, ra) orientiert, die sich gegen Kufr ausgesprochen haben, auch wenn sie dafür körperlich angegriffen und verletzt wurden. Es gibt unzählige Beispiele über die rechtgeleiteten Kalifen, die immerzu die Wahrheit aussprachen und der Verpflichtung nachgingen, einen einheitlichen Islam innerhalb der Umma zu schaffen und diesen aufrecht zu erhalten. Als Abu Bakr (r) zum Kalifen ernannt wurde, stieg er auf die Minbar (Kanzel), lobpreiste Allah (swt) und sagte dann: „Oh ihr Leute, rezitiert diese Aya...: „O die ihr glaubt, wacht über euch selbst! Wer abirrt, kann euch keinen Schaden zufügen, wenn ihr rechtgeleitet seid..." (Sure Al-Ma'ida 5:105) ...und ihr werdet sie falsch interpretieren. Der muslimische Junge schämt sich wenn er Männer mit Bart sieht oder welche, die beten. Aber ist diese Art vom Scham gerechtfertigt? Sollten sich nicht eigentlich diejenigen schämen, die bewusst Sünden begehen statt denen, die darauf achten keine (bzw. so wenige wie möglich) zu begehen? Niemand soll sich angegriffen fühlen, aber im Endeffekt schämt ihr euch doch für dem Islam. Stellt euch selbst die Frage, ob ihr zur Zeit des Propheten Mohammed (a.s.s.) nicht vielleicht zu seinen Feinden gehören würdet, selbst wenn ihr euch heute zu seinen Anhängern zählt. Denn damals hat man genauso gegen den Propheten gehetzt und ihn verleumdet und es ist schwer in so einer Situation zu jemandem zu stehen während die Masse gegen einen ist.
