Nein, dies ist natürlich nicht nur ihre Meinung, hegt diesen ja auch der Romantikflügel der SPD, und man mahnt zu einem lauteren "Willkommen!", was jedoch - zumindest nach meiner Lesart - diesen Teil der Bevölkerung teilentmündigt, degradiert man sie ja zum Schoßhündchen, das nicht beißt, wenn man es nur ausgiebig streichelt.Wäre ich nun einer dieser 4 Millionen - zwecks Wahlkreuzchen und selbstgerechtem Schlaf - angeschmachteten Mitbürger, dann würde mir der Dampf aus den Ohren sieden, würde ich diese übergutgemeinte Idiotenabstümpelei ja als riesige Beleidigung empfinden, wird ja meine Leistung nicht gewürdigt, muss man ja einzig laut jammern, auf dass man von denen da oben wahrgenommen wird. Gerecht ist etwas anderes, vergisst man über der Verständnisbuddelei ja all diejenigen, die mit den ebenselben Problemen gekämpft und es trotzdem geschafft haben - all die Moderatoren, Verkäufer, Rechtsanwälte, Maurer, Schlosser, Köche, Schauspieler.... (<---stundenlang fortsetzbar), und auch auf all diejenigen, die zB ihre Töchter ohne Geheuel in den Schwimmunterricht schicken (<---weit über 90 Prozent). Leicht hatten es die sicherlich auch nicht immer, zudem kamen deren Eltern zu einer Zeit, wo zum "Willkommen" einzig das quietschende Öffnen einer Fabriktür erklang. Integration war nicht geplant, und doch schafften es viele - aus eigenem Antrieb, mit ebensolchen Schweiß, und mit einem eisernen Willen. Das hat Respekt verdient, und zwar einen riesigen, monströsen, aber anstatt diesen Menschen für diese Leistung die Anerkennung zu zollen, die ihnen zusteht, verklärt man heutzutage die, die es so gar nicht verdienen. Verstehen Sie mich nicht falsch, so ist eine Gesellschaft natürlich immer verbesserungsfähig, und dafür muss auch unsereins an sich arbeiten, ertappt man sich ja ab und an selber beim blödsinnigen Klischeegewürge, und doch verwehre ich mich gegen den schuldbehafteten Einbahn-Fingerzeig massiv, gehören zum Versagen ja immer zwei. Es gibt in dieser Sache nicht das Opfer und den Täter, weswegen nicht nur eine Seite an sich arbeiten muss, sondern beide, kann ja kein noch so lautes Grias Di! etwas bewirken, wenn zur Antwort ein Leckminoasch! erklingt. Und noch eins sei angemerkt, widerspreche ich ja auch der Aussage, dass der Islamismus ein gegen die westliche Lebensform gerichteter Kampf ist, ists ja eher der Widerstand gegen ein Leben in Freiheit, geht mit der ja eine Selbstverantwortung einher, und genau das macht so manchem Angst, ist man ja so für seine Taten und seinen Lebenserfolg selbstverantwortlich. Ja, ich reiche natürlich auch diesen gerne die Hand, soll ja jeder seine Chance bekommen, aber beißen lass ich mich nicht, weder vom Nazi-Udo, noch vom Salafi-Shahed, wäre das ja saublöd, und das möchte ich nicht sein. Wie verhält es sich im Zustand der Janaabah? Antwort: Dem Muslim ist es nicht erlaubt, den Mushaf zu berühren, wenn er keine Wuduu' hat gemäß der Mehrheit der Leute des Wissens. Dies entspricht der Ansicht der vier Imaame (radiya-llahu 'anhum) und es geht auch aus den Fataawaa der Sahaba des Propheten (salla-llaahu alayhi wa sallam) hervor. Ein sahiih Hadiith darüber wurde von `Amr ibn Hazm (radiya-llahu 'anhu) überliefert, in dem bestätigt wird, dass der Prophet (salla-llaahu alayhi wa sallam) an die Leute im Jemen schrieb: {أنْ لاَ يَمَسَّ القرآن إلا طاهر} „Niemand soll den Qur'aan berühren, außer denjenigen, die im Zustand der (rituellen) Reinheit sind." [1] Dieser Hadiith ist Jayyid mit einer Anzahl verschiedener Isnaad, die ihn stärken. Deshalb ist bekannt, dass es nicht gestattet ist, den Mushaf zu berühren außer im Zustand der rituellen Reinheit sowohl von großer als auch kleiner Unreinheit. Dasselbe gilt, wenn er nur von einem Platz an den anderen gelegt wird und derjenige, der ihn trägt, nicht taahir (rituell rein) ist. Doch wenn er es mit etwas dazwischen berührt oder trägt, wie z.B. mit einem Tuch, dann ist es in Ordnung. Wenn er es aber direkt berührt und er ist nicht taahir, dann ist es nicht erlaubt entsprechend der sicheren Meinung der Mehrheit der Leute des Wissens, aus dem oben genannten Grund. Die Rezitation ist auch ohne Wuduu' für ihn erlaubt, wenn er aus dem Gedächtnis rezitiert, oder er liest, wenn der Qur'aan von jemand anderem gehalten wird, der ihn darum bittet, ihn zu korrigieren und zu verbessern. Wer aber Junub ist, soll den Qur'aan nicht rezitieren, denn es wurde vom Propheten (salla-llaahu alayhi wa sallam) überliefert, dass ihn nichts davon abhielt, den Qur'aan zu rezitieren, außer Janaabah. Ahmad berichtete mit einer Sahih-Isnaad von `Ali (radiya-llahu 'anhu), dass der Prophet (salla-llaahu alayhi wa sallam) vom Abort kam und etwas aus dem Qur'aan rezitierte. Er sagte: {هذا لمن ليس بجنب. أما الجنب فلا، ولا آية.} „Dies ist für denjenigen, der nicht Junub ist. Aber für den, der Junub ist nicht, keine Aayah." Der Punkt ist, dass derjenige in Janaabah, den Qur'aan weder vom Mushaf ablesen noch aus dem Gedächtnis rezitieren darf, bis er Ghusl genommen hat. Derjenige aber, der rituell unrein im Sinne der kleinen Unreinheit (d.h. ohne Wuduu') und nicht Junub ist, kann den Qur'aan aus dem Gedächtnis rezitieren, ohne den Mushaf zu berühren. Schaykh Abdul-Aziz ibn Baz, rahimahullah Fataawaa asch-Schaykh ibn Baz 10/150 [1]Anmerkung: Maalik, 468; Ibn Hibbaan, 793; Al-Bayhaqii, 1/87; Als sahih von Al-Albani in ‚Irwaa' al-Ghaliil', 1/158 eingestuft. Al-Haafith Ibn Hajar sagte: „Der Hadith wurde als sahih von einer Reihe von Imamen eingestuft, bezüglich seines Isnads und bezüglich dessen, dass er ein weit herumgereichter Hadith ist." Ash-Schaafa'i sagte in seinem ‚Risaalah': „Sie akzeptierten diesen Hadith nicht, bis bewiesen wurde, dass es der Brief des Gesandten Allahs (salla-llahu alayhi wa sallam) war." Ibn 'Abd al-Barr sagte: „Dies ist ein Brief, der den Gelehrten der Siirah gut bekannt ist und sein Inhalt ist den Gelehrten gut bekannt. Er ist so bekannt, dass es keinen Bedarf für einen Isnaad gibt, weil er wie ein Mutawaatir-bericht (Hadith, der von so vielen überliefert wurde, dass es unmöglich ist, dass sie sich auf eine Lüge geeinigt haben) ist, deshalb haben die Menschen davon Kenntnis und haben ihn akzeptiert."
