    Commentary

    a. According to the Shafi, Maliki and Hanbali schools what is intended by water that the people share and therefore cannot buy and sell is the rain water, river water and the like, and not water from private sources such as a private well. The pastures are the open areas of land which are not owned by anyone, or land which is not being used for agriculture and has the normal vegetation for grazing cattle. Fire indicates any natural resources which are used to produce heat and energy, such as wood, coal and oil.

    b. Other narrations also indicate that people can possess and sell water as long as the community was not in dire need of it.

    c. It can be derived from these narrations that whatever the community is in need of must be provided and cannot be withheld privately to the disadvantage of the people. So the state is responsible to provide the people with access to water and energy as required to fulfill their needs, and all public utilities as necessitated by the time and place.

    d. It is therefore not permissible to adopt the model of liberal privatization whereby even the essential public utilities are sold to private companies and are therefore not available except to those who pay for them, leading to a society where only those with material wealth can access vital services.

    Frage:
    Assalamu alaykum wa rahmatullah

    Nach dem Studium habe ich mein Verständnis in vielen Angelegenheiten verbessert, aber eine Angelegenheit verwirrt mich immer noch, und dass ist die Angelegenheit mit Allah und dem Thron. Ich akzeptiere diese Verse im Koran wie sie sind bezüglich dieser Sache und übersetze sie nicht, aber akzeptiere sie 'bi la kayf'. Wie auch immer, ich stieß auf die Übersetzung von Ibn Abi Zayd al-Qayrawani's Risala. In dieser Übersetzung auf der Seite 18 steht: "Er ist über seinem ehrenhaften Thron mit seinem Wesen und er ist überall mit seinem Wissen." Das Hauptproblem welche mich verwirrt ist die Erklärung "bi dhatihi".Warum hat der Sheikh dies in dieser weise erwähnt. So weit ich weiss, kenne ich keinen Vers im Koran oder Ahadith welches diesen Ausdruck benutzt. Ich habe zwei Gelehrte über diese Angelegenheit befragt, aber keiner von ihnen hat eine Erklärung abgegeben. Auch fühle ich mich unangenehm über das fragen (bezüglich dieser Sache), weil Imam Malik denjenigen getadelt hatte der ihn über den Thron befragt hat. Ich möchte nur eine Erklärung haben, warum al-Qayrawani diesen Ausdruck verwendet hat. Ich kann nur ein klein wenig Arabisch, so dass ich nicht auf die arabische Kommentare zugreifen kann.
    Antwort:
    Das ist eine sehr gute Frage,  die für alle, welche ernsthaft auf der suche nach Wissen sind, wissen sollten was die Gelehrten diesbezüglich gesagt haben. Die Zeile, auf die Sie sich beziehen, ist ein Teil des Glaubens der Risala von Ibn Abi Zayd, welche zahlreiche Diskussionen unter Gelehrten und Studenten aus der Vergangenheit und Gegenwart verursacht hat. In den meisten verfügbaren Exemplare steht die Zeile "und Er [Allah] ist über dem Thron Majeed al bi dhatihi." Ich habe extra die Worte "Al Majeed bi dhatihi" nicht übersetzt, denn dies ist, wo die Diskussion stattfinden muss.

    Die sechs Himmelsrichtungen umfassen ihn nicht
    Das Hauptproblem bei dieser Aussage ist, dass jemand glauben könnte, dass Allah in einer Richtung sei, welche ja gegen den Glauben der Ahlu Sunna wal Jama'ah gehen würde. Imam Al Tahawiyy sagt in seinem Buch über die Glaubenslehre des Islams welche weitgehend akzeptiert wird, [Al-Tahawiyy, Aqidatul Tahawiyya] " Die sechs Himmelsrichtungen umfassen ihn (Allah) nicht." Einige der Maliki-Gelehrten, wie Sidi Ahmed Zarruq, haben gesagt, dass die Zeile in der Risala, die den Anschein gibt dass Allah in einer Richtung (über dem Thron) sei, von abweichenden Menschen hinzugefügt worden ist, welche nicht ein Teil des ursprünglichen Manuskripts war. [Zarruq, Sharh al Risala]. Dies ist eine Erklärung für die Aussage (von Ibn Abi Zayd), welches die Kommentatoren der Risala abgegeben haben.

    Metaphorisches Oben
    Wenn wir davon ausgehen sollten, dass Ibn Abi Zayd tatsächlich diese Zeile geschrieben hat, dann geben wird die Erklärung der Maliki Gelehrten ab, welche (die Zeile) "über"im übertragenen Sinne und nicht im wörtlichen Sinne verstanden haben. In anderen Worten, dass Allah erhaben über den Bedarf des Thrones oder über ihr im sinne seiner hoheit ist. Sie sagen, dass Ibn Abi Zayd es  nicht im wörtlichen Sinne gemeint haben kann, denn das würde ihn von der (Sorte) von Mensch machen, die glauben, dass Allah in einer bestimmten Richtung sei, welches ja eine abweichende Überzeugung ist. Wir wissen, dass Allah nicht der Schöpfung ähnelt und dass die Richtungen ein Teil der Schöpfung ist. Eines der Grundprinzipien der Überzeugung ist, "Alles, was du dir vorstellst, so ist Allah anders als dies."

    Warum wollte Ibn Abi Zayd das Wort "über" benutzten?
    Sidi Ahmed Zarruq, möge Allah mit ihm zufrieden sein, sagte, dass eine der Erklärungen, warum Ibn Abi Zayd sagte, dass Allah "über" Seinem Thron ist, weil es Menschen zur seiner seiner Zeit gab, die glaubten, das Gott auf der Erde sei. Diese Leute waren die Abidiyoon, auch bekannt als die Ismailiten welche viele abweichende Aspekte in ihrem Glauben und in der Praxis hatten, einschließlich der Annahme, dass einer ihrer Herrscher Gott gewesen sei. Daher hat Ibn Abi Zayd diese Zeile benutzt um den Menschen beizubringen, dass Allah nicht auf der Erde sondern ''Über'' ihr (im metaphorischen Sinne) ist, ähnlich wie die Sklavenfrau, die gefragt wurde, wo Allah sei [Zarruq, Sharh al Risala]. "

    Al Majeed bi dhatihi. "Ehrenhafter Besitzer oder Ehrenhafter Thron?
    Ein weiteres Problem mit der Zeile welches zu verstehen ist, wo das Adjektiv des Wortes ehrenhaft (Majeed) verknüpft ist. Wenn wir sagen, dass Ehrenhaft ein Adjektiv zu dem Wort Thron ist, dann würde die Zeile folgendermaßen lauten: "Und Er ist über dem Ehrenhaften Thron mit seinem Wesen". Das wäre ein sehr starker Hinweis darauf, dass Allah mit seinem Wesen, über dem Thron sei und wir würden durch unsere Liste der Erklärungen für die Benutzung dieses Begriffes gehen. Aber, wenn wir das Wort Ehrenhaft als Adjektiv für Allah ansehen, so würde die Zeile folgendermaßen lauten: "Und Er, Ehrenhaft ist sein Wesen, ist über seinem Thron", dann wäre dies nicht so leicht zu interpretieren, dass Allah wortwörtlich über dem Thron sei. Um zu entscheiden wofür es ein Adjektiv ist, können wir an der Ayah in 85:15 sehen, wo Allah das Wort "Majeed" verwendet um sich selber zu beschreiben und nicht den Thron. Da Ibn Abi Zayd mit vielen Versen und Hadithen in seinem Kapitel über die Religion spricht, würden wir den Vers aus dem Koran als Anleitung verwenden, um die Grammatik dieser Zeile des Textes zu verstehen.

    "Über" im Koran
    Eine Sache welche noch zu erwähnen ist, dass die Zeile in der Risala die Präposition "fawq" verwendet, welche im arabischen, um Allah in Relation zu dem Thron zu beschreiben benutzt wird, nirgendwo im Koran finden wir diese Präposition mit dem Thron. All die Verse im Koran welche über den Thron sprechen, benutzen die Präposition ''ala''. Also, wenn man treu zu den Texten des Koran und Hadith bleiben will, wäre es nicht akzeptabel "fawq al arsh" zu sagen. Viele Menschen, die glauben, dass Allah in einer Richtung sei, benutzen diese Zeile von Ibn Abi Zayd als Beweis. Die Antwort sollte so sein, dass wir den Vers so lassen, wie er ist und einfach sagen "ala''. Dann müssen wir verstehen, dass die Präposition wörtlich und metaphorisch gedeutet werden kann.
    In einer Stelle, wo die Präposition "fawq"  benutzt wird, ist in dem vers 48:10, aber nicht in Relation zu dem Thron. Die Menschen die glauben, dass Allah in einer Richtung sei, sagen dass diese Präposition ''fawq'' hier (in dem Vers) metaphorisch zu verstehen ist, aber wenn sie die Präposition ''ala'', mit dem Thron lesen, sagen sie dass dies wörtlich zu verstehen ist und Allah wortwörtlich über dem Thron sei. Sie haben sich selbst widersprochen, in dem sie manchmal die metaphorische Interpretation erlauben und manchmal nicht. Wiederspruch ist ein Zeichen von Falschheit ,währenddessen die Wahrheit sich nicht wiederspricht.
    Eine Letzte Sache die ich für diejenigen wünsche die glauben, dass Allah in einer Richtung sei, über das Universum nachzusinnen. Wenn eine Person auf der Erde steht und sagt dass Allah in einer Richtung sei, und nach oben zeigt, ist dass oben für die Person auf der anderen Seite der Erde, unten. So, wenn Allah für euch Oben ist, bedeutet dies dass (Allah) unter der Person, die auf der anderen Seite der Erde ist sei? Allah ist erhaben darüber was diese Menschen ihm Fälschlicherweise
