Willen und mit seiner swt. Berechtigung entschuldigt. Viele "gläubige" Muslime wählen dafür Suren und Verse aus dem heiligen Quran. Einer der Verse ist dieser: Sure al-Baqrah Vers 191: Und tötet sie, wo immer ihr auf sie stoßt, und vertreibt sie, von wo sie euch vertrieben haben; denn die Verführung (zum Unglauben) ist schlimmer als Töten. Und kämpft nicht gegen sie bei der heiligen Moschee, bis sie dort gegen euch kämpfen. Wenn sie aber gegen euch kämpfen, dann tötet sie. Solcherart ist der Lohn der Ungläubigen. Das bestätigt Sie in ihren Handlungen. Jedoch sollte der Quran nicht in Abschnitten gelesen werden sondern als ganzes. Diese Sure und dieser Vers ist ein ganz einfacher Beweis dafür, dass man im Quran nicht lange auf eine Antwort warten muss bzw. diese schon erhalten hat. Denn wenn man in der selben Sure nur einen Vers vorher konzentriert gelesen hat, kann man erkennen, dass ein Angriff nur als Gegenwehr erlaubt ist. Sure al-Baqrah Vers 190: Und kämpft auf dem Weg Allahs gegen diejenigen, die gegen euch kämpfen, doch übertretet nicht. Wahrlich, Allah liebt nicht diejenigen, die übertreten. Das töten von Kuffar (Ungläubigen) ist somit erlaubt. JEDOCH NUR WENN MAN SICH IM KRIEG BEFINDET. Also egal ob Christ, Jude, Buddhist, Hindu oder auch Shia, Ahmadi (welche auch unter Umständen von anderen als Kuffar betrachtet werden können). Es ist verboten diese zu töten oder zu bestrafen auf Grund ihres Glaubens. Solange diese den Islam, den heiligen Propheten Muhammad saw., den Quran und besonders Allah swt. nicht beleidigen. Wie verhält es sich mit dem Schwören bei den Zeichen Allahs (ayat)? Antwort: Es ist nur erlaubt, bei Allah - Preis sei Ihm, dem Erhabenen - oder eine Seiner Eigenschaften zu schwören. Das Schwören bei etwas anderem ausser Allah ist Beigesellung, egal ob dasjenige bei Allah einen hervorragenden Rang einnimmt oder ob es sich um eine hervorragende Persönlichkeit handelt. Darum ist es uns nicht erlaubt, beim Propheten, bei Gabriel, bei der Ka'abah oder irgendetwas zu schwören, das zu den erschaffenen Dingen gehört. Der Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم sagte: "Wer schwört, der soll bei Allah schwören oder schweigen." [Buchari, Muslim] Der Prophet Muhammad selbst صلى الله عليه وسلم ließ es nicht zu, dass bei ihm geschworen wurde. Als ein Mann einmal zu ihm sagte: "Was auch immer Allah will und was du willst", da sprach der Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم: "Machst du mich etwa Allah ebenbürtig? Sag vielmehr:" Was Allah allein will." [Ahmad] Somit soll man auf Allah schwören, den Mächtigen und Erhabenen, und sagen "Bei Allah [...]", "dem Allerbarmer [...]", "Beim Herrn der Welten [...]", "Bei dem, der die Wolken bewegt [...]", "Bei dem der Buch herabsandte [...]", oder Ähnlichem. Ebenso auf die Eigenschaften Allahs, wie "Bei der Macht Allahs [...]", Beim Vermögen Allahs [...]" und was dem ähnelt und beim Quran, denn er umfasst die Worte Allahs, denn man schwört damit nicht bei den Seiten und dem Einband des Buches, sondern beabsichtigt ist das Schwören bei dem, was diese Seiten beinhalten [die unerschaffene Rede Allahs]. Was nun die Frage betrifft, ob es erlaubt sei, bei den Zeichen Allahs zu schwören und zu sagen "Bei den Zeichen Allahs" oder "Bei den Zeichen Allahs, ich tue es!" Die Antwort darauf lautet: Wenn mit den Zeichen die Zeichen des islamischen Gesetzes, nämlich der edle Quran gemeint ist, so ist dies erlaubt. Wenn damit aber die Zeichen der Schöpfung, wie die Sonne, der Mond, Nacht oder Tag gemeint sind, dann ist das nicht erlaubt. Allah aber weiß es am besten.
