Obwohl jeden Tag mehrere Beiträge täglich mehrere hundert Male, teilweise mehrere tausend Male geliked werden. Frage: Wenn eine schwangere Frau und eine stillende Mutter nicht fasten, müssen sie die verpassten Tage nachholen oder Fidya entrichten (für jeden nicht gefasteten Tag einen Armen speisen)? Antwort: Alles Lob gebührt Allah, dem Herrn der Welten. Frieden und Segen sei auf demjenigen, den Allah als Barmherzigkeit für die Welt entsandt hat, seiner Familie, seinen Gefährten und Brüdern bis zum Tage der Auferstehung. Wenn eine schwangere Frau oder eine stillende Mutter in der Lage sind zu fasten, aber dies mit Schwierigkeiten oder mit Angst um sich selbst oder um das Kind verbunden ist (und daher nicht fasten), müssen sie die verpassten Tage nicht nachholen. Stattdessen müssen sie für jeden Tag, den sie nicht gefastet haben, eine arme Person speisen wie aus der Überlieferung des Propheten sallallahu alaihi wa sallam zu entnehmen ist: „Allah befreite den Reisenden von der Hälfte der Gebete und vom Fasten und Er befreite die schwangere Frau und die stillende Frau vom Fasten." [1] Der Reisende muss die Tage, die er nicht gefastet hat, nachholen aufgrund der (sinngemäß übersetzten) Worte Allahs: „Wer also von euch in dem Monat zugegen ist, der soll in ihm fasten. Und wer krank ist oder sich auf einer Reise befindet, soll eine Anzahl anderer Tage (fasten)" (Baqarah:185) Das Speisen der Armen ist eine Pflicht für alte Männer und alte Frauen sowie für schwangere und stillende Mütter gemäß den Worten Allahs: „Und denen, die es mit großer Mühe ertragen können, ist als Ersatz die Speisung eines Armen auferlegt." (Baqarah:184) Die Regelung, die besagt, dass es für eine schwangere und stillende Mutter möglich ist, nicht zu fasten und dass sie stattdessen eine arme Person speisen müssen und nicht die verpassten Tage nachholen müssen, ist die korrekte Ansicht. Es ist die Meinung von Ibn Abbas und Ibn Umar radhiAllahu anhum und anderen. Es wird überliefert, dass Ibn Abbas radhiAllahu anhu sagte: „Wenn die schwangere Frau um sich selbst fürchtet und die stillende Mutter Angst um ihr Baby hat, dann lasst sie nicht fasten. Sie sollen stattdessen für jeden Tag, den sie nicht gefastet haben, eine arme Person speisen. Sie müssen ihre verpassten Tage nicht nachfasten." [2] Es wird auch berichtet: „Er sah ein Sklavenmädchen, das schwanger war oder stillte und sagte zu ihr: ‚Du bist jemand, der nicht fasten kann. Du solltest stattdessen jeden Tag, den du nicht fastet, eine arme Person speisen und du musst deine verpassten Tage nicht nachfasten.'" [3] Zusätzlich überliefert Ad-Daraqutni, dass Ibn Umar radhiAllahu anhu von seiner Frau gefragt wurde, als sie schwanger war, ob es für sie möglich ist, nicht zu fasten. Er antwortete: „Faste nicht und speise jeden Tag, den du nicht fastest, eine arme Person und du musst die verpassten Tage nicht nachholen." [4] Die Ansichten von Ibn Abbas und Ibn Umar radhiallahu anhum waren bekannt unter den Gefährten und es gab niemanden, der dieser Meinung widersprach. Also ist dies ein seriöser Beweis und ein Konsens. Dies ist unter den Männern von Usul al-Fiqh als der „stille Konsens" [5]bekannt und die Interpretation des Verses von Ibn Abbas radhiAllahu anhu bezieht sich auf den Grund, warum der Vers herabgesandt wurde. Und es ist in der Hadithwissenschaft festgelegt, dass eine Interpretation eines Verses, die sich auf den Grund der Herabsendung bezieht, als die Regelung von Raf [6]bezeichnet wird (so wie es vom Propheten sallAllahu alaihi wa sallam gesagt wurde). Also ist solch eine Aussage korrekter als andere Ansichten, die sich auf Meinungen und Analogie berufen. Weitere Anmerkungen: 1. Die stillende Mutter, die im Ramadhan Nifaasblutung hat (die Blutung nach der Geburt, die ca. 40 Tage andauert), muss die verpassten Tage nachholen und keine Fidya bezahlen, weil die Nifaasblutung sie vom Fasten abhält. 2.
